Estimate of Value (EOV)

The Estimate of Value, or EOV, delivers the valuation itself: recast financials, the earnings a buyer would underwrite, and a defensible value range with the reasoning behind it. It is prepared by an analyst rather than produced by a calculator, and it is priced from what comparable businesses actually sold for. It is not a certified appraisal.
If you are selling
It replaces a guess with a number you can plan a retirement, a succession or an offer response around.
